99.9% Cases Resolved Within Time Limit
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that through ‘Sankalp Se Samadhan Abhiyan’, prompt, effective and transparent resolution of citizens’ complaints and applications has been ensured in the state. This campaign has proved to be an important initiative in strengthening good governance and delivering benefits of government schemes to the last person. For effective implementation, teams were formed at village and ward levels to collect applications door-to-door, and camps were organised to resolve applications quickly. Along with this, portal-based entry and tracking were carried out. To ensure transparency in resolution, continuous monitoring was done through a special dashboard on the CM Helpline.
47.68 Lakh Applications Resolved Within Time Limit
During the total campaign period from January 12 to March 31, a total of 47.69 lakh applications were received at the state level, out of which 47.68 lakh cases were resolved, achieving 99.9 percent successful disposal.
Campaign Conducted in Four Phases
The campaign was implemented in phases across the state. In the first phase, from January 12 to February 15, 2026, applications were collected at village and ward levels. In the second phase, from February 16 to March 16, 2026, camps were organised at local levels for prompt resolution of received applications. In the third phase, from March 16 to March 26, 2026, camps were held at block level to resolve pending and new applications. In the fourth and final phase, from March 26 to March 31, 2026, district-level camps were organised to resolve all pending cases and provide benefits of schemes to eligible beneficiaries. A total of 3,659 camps were organised under the campaign.
Service Delivery in Welfare Schemes Gained New Momentum
Maximum of over 8.71 lakh applications were received for copies of land records, out of which over 8.69 lakh were resolved successfully. In the national health scheme, out of more than 5.77 lakh applications received, over 5.62 lakh were resolved. For copies of maps, more than 4.09 lakh applications were received, out of which over 4.08 lakh were resolved. In rural areas, for building construction permission, more than 3.64 lakh applications were received, out of which over 3.59 lakh were resolved.
Out of more than 2.31 lakh applications related to registration of construction workers, over 2.18 lakh were resolved. For issuance of no-dues certificates, more than 1.88 lakh applications were received, out of which over 1.87 lakh were resolved. Under the old age pension scheme, more than 1.63 lakh applications were received, out of which over 1.52 lakh were resolved. For farmer credit cards, more than 1.50 lakh applications were received, out of which over 1.48 lakh were resolved.
For issuance of domicile certificates, more than 1.44 lakh applications were received and almost all were resolved. Under the rural tap water scheme, for new tap connections, more than 1.39 lakh applications were received, out of which over 1.33 lakh were resolved, strengthening drinking water facilities in rural areas.
Excellent Resolution of Cases Ensured
Departments achieved a high level of case resolution. Revenue Department recorded 99.42 percent resolution, General Administration Department 99.17 percent, and Urban Development and Housing Department 98.18 percent. Public Health and Medical Education Department recorded 97.44 percent, and Panchayat and Rural Development Department 97.65 percent resolution.
Similarly, Cooperative Department achieved 98.63 percent, Planning, Economic and Statistics Department 98.39 percent, and Women and Child Development Department 97.94 percent resolution. Labour Department recorded 93.47 percent, while Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department recorded 93.38 percent resolution.
People-Centric Administration Strengthened
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the campaign has strengthened transparent, accountable and people-centric administration in the state and has emerged as an effective and result-oriented initiative towards good governance.
