The event, held at the Science College grounds, will now be extended until October 7, as announced by the Chief Minister in response to the overwhelming enthusiasm of the public.

Indian Army’s Daring Feats Lauded by the Chief Minister

As the Indian Army welcomed CM Sai with a traditional gesture by presenting him with a jacket, the Chief Minister was visibly thrilled while witnessing the military's impressive displays. In his address, he extended the two-day exhibition by one day, allowing the public to enjoy it until October 7. The exhibition will be open daily from 8 AM to 10 AM and 6 PM to 8 PM.

Indian Army’s Strength Inspires Patriotism

While addressing the audience, Chief Minister Sai stated, "Seeing the might, capacity, and bravery of our soldiers fills me with pride and excitement." He emphasized the impact a single soldier can have in igniting a sense of patriotism among the public. The sight of a soldier in uniform, according to the CM, is enough to evoke a feeling of zeal and enthusiasm in everyone.

Reflecting on significant national events, CM Sai mentioned that during Republic Day and Independence Day parades, many Indians feel the wish to be part of the armed forces. He proudly highlighted the Indian Army's status as one of the world’s most powerful forces, known globally for its discipline and efficiency.

Indian Army's Key Role in Defending the Nation

CM Sai praised the Indian Army for its unwavering commitment to protecting the nation, stating that the army has consistently responded with force whenever the country has been threatened. He also mentioned the army's crucial role in maintaining internal security, especially during natural disasters, when it is often the first to respond. The exhibition features various modern military equipment, including the Bhishma T-90 tank, BMPs, L-70 guns, and more, used by the Indian Army in battles.

Exciting Exhibits: Tanks, Daredevil Stunts, and More

Visitors to the exhibition will also be able to enjoy thrilling performances such as para jumping, khukri dance, daredevil motorcycling, and horseback riding. These displays, along with advanced military equipment, will showcase the Indian Army's prowess in a variety of fields.

Youth Turnout and Inspiration

The Chief Minister expressed his pleasure at the large turnout of young people at the event. He noted that many parents brought their children to see the exhibition, which will undoubtedly inspire the younger generation. CM Sai encouraged the youth to seize opportunities like the Agniveer scheme, which allows them to join the army and serve the country.

Army’s Success Against Maoists

Highlighting a recent victory in Bastar, CM Sai congratulated the security forces for eliminating 31 Maoist terrorists in a fierce encounter. Over the past nine months, security forces have made significant strides against Maoist insurgency, with 191 terrorists neutralized. This, the Chief Minister said, signals a positive change in Bastar, where many young people are now joining the security forces to fight against the Maoists.

During the event, Brigadier Aman Anand briefed CM Sai on the various tanks and weapons used by the Indian Army, including the T-90 Bhishma tank, one of the main attractions.
