Madhya Pradesh's Documentary "Ajay Dhwaja" to Grace 18th Mumbai International Film Festival
Documentary film "Ajay Dhwaja," produced by the Madhya Pradesh Media Unit of the Public Relations Department, Madhya Pradesh, will be screened at the 18th Mumbai International Film Festival 2024 (MIFF).
Bhopal, June 7, 2024: Documentary film "Ajay Dhwaja," produced by the Madhya Pradesh Media Unit of the Public Relations Department, Madhya Pradesh, will be screened at the 18th Mumbai International Film Festival 2024 (MIFF). MIFF, one of the world's premier film festivals, will commence on June 15 at 5 PM at the National Performing Arts Center in Mumbai.
The film Ajay Dhwaja has been selected in the "India Amrit Mahotsav" category. The film presents a musical depiction of the glorious history and saga of the national flag of India. The film is directed and shot by Sanjay Vijayvargiya, Branch Head of the Film Division of Madhya Pradesh Media. Several of his films have been honored with international and national awards. The music for the film is given by Sार्थक Nakul. The film's editor is Ravi Singh and the associate cinematographer is Syed Rizwan. Commissioner Public Relations Mr. Sandeep Yadav and Director Public Relations Mr. Roshan Singh congratulated the film team.
Mr. Vijayvargiya has also been awarded the Singhasth Seva Samman 2016 and Namami Devi Narmada Seva Yatra Samman 2017 by the Madhya Pradesh Government. The short documentary film "Atmanirbhar Bharat" produced by Madhya Pradesh Media was also selected and awarded at the 17th Mumbai International Film Festival 2022 (MIFF).
Highlights of the Festival:

- Several films of international and national level will be screened in various categories.
- There will also be workshops, master classes, and panel discussions for emerging filmmakers.
