Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, along with his spouse, visited Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri and offered prayers to Lord Shri Mahakal. He performed the rituals as per tradition and prayed for the happiness, prosperity, peace, and welfare of the nation and the state.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav participated in the darshan and worship ceremony and sought the blessings of Shri Mahakal Baba. He was accorded a warm welcome by the Temple Committee. Chief Ministe Dr. Yadav stated that Mahashivratri is not merely a festival, but an occasion for self-purification and for connecting with the divine essence of Lord Shiva, which fosters positive energy in society. After the worship, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with devotees and reviewed the arrangements within the temple premises. He also extended his greetings on the occasion of Mahashivratri.
