Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra guarantees the delivery of benefits of government schemes at the doorstep of neediest persons. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Central Government and the State Government have joined together ensuring development of the state at pace.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra programme organized at Patnakhurd, a remote tribal village of Majhgawan development block in Satna district on Tuesday. The Chief Minister gave away benefits to eligible beneficiaries of various schemes.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Lord Shri Ram stayed in Chitrakoot for 11 years during his exile. Shri Ram relished berries tasted by Mata Shabari. On 22nd January, consercration of idol of Lord Shri Ram is taking place at the birthplace Ayodhya in presence of the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. He said that this is an opportunity for everyone to celebrate Diwali on 22nd January.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave away savings certificates to Sushri Kasmi and Payal under Ladli Lakshmi Yojana, Abhilasha under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, Neetu and Shobhavati in Healthy Child Competition, Nisha and Hardeep Singh under Ujjwala Yojana, free gas connection to Sunita, Pratima, Pramila, cheques of Rs 5 lakh each in the form of CCL to Siddhababa Mahila Self-Help Group and Ambedkar Self-Help Group Pindra under Livelihood Mission and Ayushman Card to Sugriva Singh.
On this occasion, Krishna Pandey and local farmers presented a plough to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. A replica statue of Ram Darbar and products made by women self-help groups were presented to the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister also distributed school bags to the girls. He was welcomed by Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing Smt. Pratima Bagri, MP Ganesh Singh, former Minister of State Shri Ramkhelavan Patel, MLA Shri Surendra Singh Gaharwar, MLA Vikram Singh, Mayor Yogesh Tamrakar, District Panchayat President Ramkhelavan Kol, District Panchayat Vice President Sushri Sushmita Singh, former MLA Shri Shankarlal Tiwari.
Performs bhoomi pujan of development works worth Rs. 51 crores
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav laid foundation of 38 development works worth about Rs 51 crore at Patnakhurd of Majhgawan development block of Satna district. Under this, 24 newly constructed development works valuing at Rs 28 crore 10 lakh were dedicated to people and foundation ceremony for 14 construction works worth Rs 22 crore 74 lakh was performed.
