According to recent sources, Shefali Jariwala, who rose to fame after appearing in the version of the iconic song "Kaanta Laga," has passed away. Although the cause of her death is unknown, writer Vickey Lalwani reports that she was taken to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital yesterday (Friday) at approximately 11:25 p.m.
Shefali was taken to the hospital with three other people by her husband, Parag Tyagi. "Shefali Jariwala, the Kaanta Laga girl, is no more," Lalwani wrote in her article. I can confirm that she was taken to Bellevue Multispeciality hospital (opposite Star Bazaar Andheri) approximately forty-five minutes before this post, albeit I am not yet aware of the cause of her death. Her husband and three other people hurried Shefali to the hospital. The hospital's reception staff verified this information, stating that Shefali had passed away prior to her arrival. The body was accompanied by her spouse and a few other people.
