Economy reached 4 trillion US dollars
Addressing a conference organized in this meeting, BVR Subramaniam said that India's economy has reached the figure of 4 trillion US dollars. It is worth noting that the 10th Niti Aayog Governing Council meeting on 'Developed States for Developed India 2047' was held on Saturday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the 10th Niti Aayog Governing Council meeting on the topic 'Developed States for Developed India 2047'. Chief Ministers of many states also attended this meeting. In the meeting, PM Modi had said, "Developed India is the goal of every Indian. When every state develops, India will develop. This is the aspiration of 140 crore citizens."
Union Minister Jitendra Singh tweeted, "India has overtaken Japan to become the fourth largest economy in the world. A fast step, a big leap towards #ViksitBharat. Thank you Prime Minister Modi for making this happen."
