Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has extended greetings and best wishes to the people of Madhya Pradesh on the 79th Independence Day. Remembering the many freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the nation’s independence, he paid them heartfelt tributes.
CM Dr. Yadav said it is a happy coincidence that this year, Independence Day and Shri Krishna Janmashtami are being celebrated together, with the joyous Ganesh Utsav also approaching. He noted that the state government, along with communities, has worked in unison to celebrate festivals and occasions.
Calling Independence Day a special festival for all, the Chief Minister said it provides an opportunity for self-reflection, future planning, and determining one’s contribution to the state’s development. He added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Operation Sindoor showcased India’s valour to the world and the Indian Army’s befitting reply to the neighbouring enemy was unparalleled.
CM Dr. Yadav affirmed that Madhya Pradesh is advancing rapidly on the path of development, and this journey will continue with the active cooperation of its people.
