Choosing to wear all black for the occasion, she pulled a top and skirt set right off the Alaïa Spring 2023 runway. Hathaway's black deep V-neck bodysuit is actually crafted to look like a button-down shirt complete with a subtle hood. It's actually the very same one that Ciara just showed off in white on Instagram this week. And Hathaway's skirt, with a leather upper, boasts an up-to-there slit to mirror the plunging neckline of her top. Wearing sheer black tights, she slipped her feet into strappy black heeled sandals. Anne Hathaway often channels the evolved version of her "The Devil Wears Prada" character, constantly willing to try new trends, slip into bold looks, and go the extra mile when it comes to her fashion choices. And this latest Alaïa look is no exception.
