The president of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, Maulana Mahmood Asad Madani, expressed concerns over Ram Navami clashes across the country and urged the central and the state governments to take strict action against the rioting elements, irrespective of their religion and affiliations.
Maulana Madani added that the law and order system should be made more vigilant in light of past experiences, and proper compensation should be given to the affected.
