Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s Push for Foreign Investment Brings Promising Results

The efforts of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav to attract foreign investment have begun to yield positive results. Following his Europe tour to promote investment, leading German companies are now moving towards Madhya Pradesh. Under the Madhya Pradesh Global Startup Exchange Program, a delegation of five prominent German techs is visiting the state from August 18 to 22. The visit is expected to strengthen trade and innovation between Madhya Pradesh and Germany, foster strategic partnerships with local enterprises, and open new avenues for technical exchange and investment. The program aims to encourage technology transfer, adoption of best practices, and innovation in areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, and the IT industry.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the visit of German companies will serve as a bridge to new possibilities in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Digital Transformation. This collaboration will infuse fresh energy into research and innovation in the state. He added that such global technological partnerships will open up new avenues for innovation and generate employment.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said, “This initiative is not merely the beginning of technical cooperation, but the foundation of a comprehensive innovation journey for Madhya Pradesh. The transformative partnerships emerging through global knowledge exchange and cutting-edge technology will empower the state’s start-ups and entrepreneurs to access international markets.”

The delegation includes Shri Steven Renwick of Tyler, Shri Nicholas of Talonic, Shri Alexandra K. Mikityuk of Staex, Shri Matthias Progscha of Qnnect-AG, and Shri Philip Rejmus of Cloud-Squid. These companies are globally recognized for their expertise in Artificial Intelligence-based data integration, workflow automation, IoT and connectivity solutions, enterprise software, and document processing AI technology. Their experience and technical capabilities will equip the entrepreneurs, start-ups, and youth of Madhya Pradesh to compete on the global stage.

During its stay in Indore, the delegation will participate in technical workshops and strategic discussions, as well as visit the Incubation Centre Ujjain, IIT Indore to interact with local start-ups. In Bhopal, the delegation will hold high-level meetings with senior officials of the Industry Department and representatives of leading educational and technical institutions. This comprehensive program is expected to open avenues for technical cooperation, research, and investment in the state.

The delegation will hold B2B meetings and sign several technical partnership agreements, opening new doors for international investment and collaborations. This initiative is expected to generate employment opportunities for thousands of highly skilled youth in the state and enable them to participate in global training programs. It will also pave the way for the establishment of new Research and Development centers in Madhya Pradesh. The visit will serve as the foundation of a comprehensive innovation journey for the state, fostering transformative partnerships through global knowledge exchange and cutting-edge technology. These efforts will empower start-ups and entrepreneurs of Madhya Pradesh to access international markets, further strengthening the state’s position as an emerging hub of innovation and giving decisive momentum towards making Madhya Pradesh a technology powerhouse of India in the coming years.

Program Schedule

Indore-Ujjain (18–20 August)

  • 18 August: Welcome at Infobeans HQ, presentation on “Building Global Scale Digital Products from India”, fireside chat, networking lunch, and welcome dinner.

  • 19 August: Innovation Lab tour, Design Thinking workshop, roundtable meeting, B2B matchmaking sessions, followed by a cultural excursion in the evening.

  • 20 August: Visit to IIT Indore and Incubation Centre Ujjain, interactions with start-ups, and partnership discussions.

Bhopal (21–22 August)

  • 21 August: “Invest in MP” roundtable, meetings at MPIDC headquarters, B2B matchmaking, and networking dinner.

  • 22 August: Visit to the Department of Science and Technology and the B-Nest Incubation Centre, visit to the IM Global office, cultural heritage tour, and media briefing.

This event is being organized in collaboration with Incubation Masters, the Germany-India Innovation Corridor, and MPIDC. It aligns with the state’s priorities of Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh and Digital India. In the future, similar collaborative visits will be organized with the US, Singapore, UAE, and other technology-leading nations, further advancing the vision of positioning Madhya Pradesh as a global technology hub.
