As the latest season of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss nears its finale, the recent episodes saw the media entering the Bigg Boss 17 house and grilling the contestants with a series of personal and professional questions. Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande whose marriage has become a hot topic of discussion ever since they entered the house also became a target of media questions.
While journalists were seen questioning Vicky Jain’s behaviour towards his wife in the house, Ankita also confronted the allegations of using Sushant Singh Rajput’s name for attention.
Ankita Lokhande who has been talking about the late actor quite a lot of times inside the house was recently accused of using his name as a strategy for the game. Refuting all the accusations made against her, the actress explained that she feels “proud” of talking about him and that she only says the good things, especially for all those who want to become like him.

Beginning with the question about whether she was bringing up the late actor’s name, again and again, to lure in his fandom, Ankita revealed the reason and said that she felt he was a nice person and that she could use the platform to tell some good things about him.
“Abhishek and I used to keep talking about Sushant as he considers him as his idol and really looks up to him. He wants to become like Sushant and considers him an inspiration. I only said good things about him because I feel I can tell some good things through this platform. I can talk about him as I think I know him and have seen his journey,” she said.
Ankita further went on to explain her reasons, adding that she feels proud while talking about Sushant Singh Rajput. “There is nothing wrong in it. I am only talking about the good things that I know about him. I feel it is absolutely fine. If there is a young boy who wants to become like him, I will definitely talk to him or anybody else,” she added.

Ankita Lokhande was in a serious relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput. They started dating on the sets of their TV show Pavitra Rishta, however, called it quits after seven long years.
In a shocking turn of events, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment in 2020. Following his death, the actress had remained quiet about him until now. However, the actress bringing up his name in the show has made fans believe that she is using it for attention.
Also, her mother-in-law recently made a similar claim accusing her of trying to gain sympathy by using this name.
