10 Day Kebabs, Salan, and Kaliya Food Fest At Courtyard By Marriott

The eagerly anticipated "Kebabs, Salan, and Kaliya Food Fest" is poised to take center stage from September 8th to 17th at MoMo Café -the multi cuisine restaurant- at Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal. The fest – to be organized between 7.30 and 11 pm- will offer a tantalizing and immersive gastronomic experience for Bhopali food lovers.

The food lovers would be served some of the mouth watering signature dishes like Kathal Shami Kabab, Parwal Ke Kabab, Galouti Kebab, Kakori Kebab and Gosht Kundan Kaliya. There would be food stalls where one can explore a diverse range of signature dishes, street food delights, and traditional delicacies from different regions.
Another attraction of the festival would be live cooking demonstrations. Renowned chefs and culinary experts will share their expertise through live cooking demonstrations. One can learn about spice combinations, marination techniques, and the secrets to mastering these dishes.
In order to elevate dining experience there would be live musical performances over the weekends.
