Bhopal, September 27, 2024: The International Tourism Day was marked with great fervor in Bhopal on Friday. The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board organized a series of events to promote tourism and foster a sense of community.

The day kicked off with a vibrant yoga and Zumba session at the Boat Club, attracting over 300 participants. The event served as a great way for people to relax, exercise, and connect with others. A cyclothon followed, with hundreds of cyclists pedaling through the city to raise awareness about environmental conservation.

Cultural competitions, including painting, rangoli, and mehndi, were held at the Gol Ghar. The winners were announced at the Minto Hall, where a cultural performance by the Bhopal Vividha Academy enthralled the audience.

As the day concluded, white and blue balloons were released into the sky, symbolizing peace and unity. The International Tourism Day celebration in Bhopal was a resounding success, showcasing the city's rich cultural heritage and its commitment to sustainable tourism.
