Dr Kapoor says cinnamon is not only good to manage sinus infections and inflammation but even hair problems. Jam-packed with vital nutrients, procyanidin in cinnamon stimulates hair follicles and aids faster growth. It also helps tackle hair loss. Studies have shown that cinnamon can help control hair loss and help prevent balding. It also contains antioxidants and antimicrobial properties, and even polyphenols, which act as natural antioxidants and help with hair growth. Even the antimicrobial properties can prevent scalp infections.
